OUR STORY
​We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to honoring the memory of the late Houston Fire Captain, Tommy Searcy, and celebrating his passion for fishing. We also aim to fulfill Tommy and his twin brother Tony's dream of "leaving the fire service better than we got it." by mentoring and providing training to the next generation of firefighters. Our annual Captain Tommy's Smoke'n Reel's Fishing Tournament is a testament to Tommy's love for angling and our commitment to bringing communities together. Through this event, we aim to create lasting memories and foster a sense of togetherness. Join us on this journey of remembrance, community, and mentorship.
